Kendal Lost 14lbs In Only 60 Days!!!

I feel pretty damn great!! I have now lost 26 lbs! This 60 day challenge has kicked my booty (in more than a few ways lol) back into eating healthy and working out and finding the Kelsey that was there all along…a more self-confident girl who is happy with who she is…and who likes to walk around knowing she can take down people with her new kettlebell-super-strenth LOL! I feel so much better about myself…not just with the way I look but with how I feel as well. I am excited to keep getting healthier and stronger! The 60 day challenge and Kettlebells have shown me that it can be pretty fun and mush easier to do than I thought before. With kettlebells there’s both!! I have found a new love of my life and thy name is KETTLEBELLS
Krystal Lost 9lbs In Just 10 days!!

I’ve been busting my butt for two months and I’m actually proud of the way I look, knowing that I did what it took to get in this kind of shape. I actually started to see my pants get baggy which is the opposite of what used to happen. I like seeing veins in my arms now too! Haha! Kettlebells are at the center of everything I do now. I used to exercise when I felt a little chubby or if summer was coming but I’m finally in a great routine. And nutrition, psshht! I never paid attention to what I was putting in my body but now I’m making way more knowledgeable decisions on what I should and shouldn’t eat. That’s the real beauty of the program – the knowledge! If you follow the program and give it your all, you will never be the same person you were before.
Evan Lost 12.5lbs In 60 Days!!

I feel great. I feel strong. I know that I’m getting stronger. The main change for me has been in my arms. Even at my most physically fit (playing water polo, wrestling, swimming, and hitting the gym 2-3 hours a day) my arms were never very big. Over the past 30 days I’ve been watching my stomach flatten and my legs tone up, but what most excites me watching my biceps grow week in and week out.
Knowing something intelligently and knowing something through experience are not the same thing. Once again, I needed outside influence (Cody and everyone leading from KXT) to get me to do what was required. Exercise is great, but without nutrition it isn’t enough. Nutrition is great, but without intense exercise I won’t see the incredible improvements I’ve seen over the past 60 days!!
Oh My Gosh You Look Great! What Are You Doing?

I feel awesome. The most rewarding thing about doing KXT is to hear, “Oh my gosh you look great! What are you doing?” from my friends and family. When someone else notices, it is really exciting and it makes me want to exercise even more.
I feel like this program is saving my life.
I can’t get over the amount of information in this program. Every step of the way you have filled me with so much information. Not only am I learning how to exercise but how to eat right. The nutrition guide, the 10 day fast flush, and the work outs. It really keeps me going!
Before I started I had my blood pressure taken and the physician sent me right over to my family doctor and said you could have a heart attack right now. It scared the hell out of me!! This was a light bulb moment. I knew I had to finally do something about my weight and not put it off any longer!
Now the Good news; Not long after this happened to me I saw a before & after pic from KXT and said to myself, what is she doing? Kettlebells!
I am 51 and since starting kettlebells my blood pressure is down to 130/78 and my sugar level is 123 and I’m out of the dander zone!! I’ve lost 9lbs, my skin is clear and it seems like my hair is growing faster! I find myself doing things I never would do before, when I go up-stairs I try to run now, before I slowly walked. Energy & overall health is so much better than the old me. I’m sleeping so sound at night.
“IT WORKS” I have to see results fast for me or I get frustrated
Before when I would diet it would not last long because I didn’t see fast results. I would fall off the wagon and would have to wait till the next Monday to start again. Now my Monday is here to stay!!!!! I finally found my grove. “IT WORKS” I have to see results fast for me or I get frustrated. This is the only thing I can say for myself. It’s FUN, It’s REWARDING, and your health will benefit from it the most. I feel like I’m in my 30′s again, O.K. maybe early 40′s
